What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal is a secure location to access personal health information including care summaries, test results, etc. Since the Patient Portal is powered by AthenaHealth, there are separate login credentials from the Oshi Health application. The care coordinator will provide instructions on how to sign up for the portal after your first visit. The care coordinator will also notify you anytime there are new results or after-visit summaries added to the portal.
