How do I reset my password if I already have a Patient Portal Account?

Resetting or changing your password in the patient portal will NOT change your password for the Oshi Health application.

  • Click Forgot your password 
  • You will receive password reset email
  • Click Reset Password 
  • Select a means to receive a temporary passcode
  • Message will surface:  We will [call you with] [text you] a temporary passcode in the next 90 seconds. Please enter those six numbers below.” Message is grayed out. 
  • Select option to receive the message
  • Click Send Code
