How do I reset my password if I already have a Patient Portal Account?
Resetting or changing your password in the patient portal will NOT change your password for the Oshi Health application.
- Click Forgot your password
- You will receive password reset email
- Click Reset Password
- Select a means to receive a temporary passcode
- Message will surface: We will [call you with] [text you] a temporary passcode in the next 90 seconds. Please enter those six numbers below.” Message is grayed out.
- Select option to receive the message
- Click Send Code
