What if I miss an appointment?

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other members, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment.

Sometimes life happens! If you miss an appointment: 

• We will make a note in your file for the first and second appointment that you miss.
• If this happens, please reach out to us to reschedule your appointment free of charge. 
• All future missed appointments will incur a $20 fee.
