How to Join Your Appointment?

Viewing Your Appointment on Your Phone
Once your appointment with your Care Provider is scheduled you will see it on the Home Screen when you sign into the Oshi Health Mobile Application.

Joining Your Appointment
At the time of your Appointment you will see a “Join Appointment” button on the Home Screen when you sign into the Oshi Health Mobile Application.
Click the button to join the appointment with your Care Provider.

Appointment Notification
At the time of your appointment you will receive a notification on your phone to say your appointment is starting. When you see the notification navigate to the Home Screen of the Oshi Health Mobile App to join the appointment.

If for any reason you can’t join your appointment, sit tight and your Care Provider will call you by phone.
